What is Panhellenic Recruitment
Panhellenic recruitment, also known as sorority recruitment, is a process by which women who are interested in joining a sorority can learn about and join a sorority organization.
During the recruitment process, potential new members attend events and meet with members of each sorority over a period of three days. These events are designed to allow potential new members to learn about each sorority's values, philanthropic efforts, social events, and sisterhood. After attending these events, potential new members will select which sororities they are interested in joining, and sororities will then extend invitations for membership to the women they wish to join their organization.
Our process is highly structured and involves a set of guidelines designed to ensure fairness and equity for all potential new members.
